Si trova facilmente in commercio in confezioni da 500 g: <strong><em>farinha de mandioca crua<\/em><\/strong> (cruda) e <em><strong>farinha de mandioca torrada<\/strong><\/em> (tostata). La prima \u00e8 pi\u00f9 chiara e di solito si usa per preparazioni che richiedono almeno un po&#8217; di cottura come il <em>pir\u00e3o<\/em>.
