It is a nutritious recipe, light, tasty and very easy to make. Fried chicken in breadcrumbs, creamed corn, white rice, fried banana in breadcrumbs and potato straws are a great match known as &#8220;Supremo \u00e0 Canadense&#8221; (Canadian Supreme).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br>\u2022 canned sweet corn (about 300 g)<br>\u2022 2 tablespoons butter<br>\u2022 2 tablespoons chopped onion<br>\u2022 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour<br>\u2022 \u00bd litre milk<br>\u2022 1 teaspoon salt<br>\u2022 ground black pepper<br>\u2022 ground nutmeg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heat the butter, add the onions and let them cook.<\/li><li>Add the flour, mix well and stir fry for 1 minute.<\/li><li>Add the hot milk a little at a time, stirring constantly.
