In Italy there isn&#8217;t &#8220;couve-manteiga&#8221;, but it can be very well replaced with Kale Black Tuscany, that taste very similar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br>\u2022 750 g wild cabbage or Kale Black Tuscany<br>\u2022 \u00bd onion<br>\u2022 1 garlic clove<br>\u2022 2 tablespoons olive oil<br>\u2022 salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wash and remove the tough middle stem of wild cabbage, big leaves and dark green.<\/li><li>Pile the leaves and make them into a roll; cut it very finely, transversally.<\/li><li>Saut\u00e9 the chopped onion and the crushed garlic in the olive oil.<\/li><li>Add the wild cabbage, season with salt, cover the pan and cook until soft.
