This is not a traditional recipe, but like many others recipes, it is the result of the coexistence between different culinary cultures and deserves to be tasted.<br \/>Choose a very tender meat cut and, after cooked, it has to be very thinly sliced. Also, if the mayonnaise is freshly homemade, it would be perfect!<br \/>&#8220;Ilhabela&#8221; is an enchanting island on S\u00e3o Paulo\u2019s (&#8220;paulista&#8221;) northern beach coast.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 roast beef<br \/>\u2022 soft whole wheat bread<br \/>\u2022 Gorgonzola cheese or butter<br \/>\u2022 mayonnaise<br \/>\u2022 sweet sour cucumbers or sweet pickles<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Preparation method<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Spread the Gorgonzola cheese or softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.<\/li>\r\n<li>Cover each slice of bread with a layer of thinly sliced roast beef.<\/li>\r\n<li>Cut each slice of bread into 4 &#8211; 6 pieces.<\/li>\r\n<li>Top each canap\u00e9 with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and garnish with a slice of cucumber or pickles.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>How to make mayonnaise:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/c_l_ehLzm8Q<\/div>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Crack an egg into an immersion blender container.<\/li>\r\n<li>Add a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of yellow mustard and a few drops of lemon juice.<\/li>\r\n<li>Then add corn oil until a volume of about 200 ml was reached.<\/li>\r\n<li>Place an immersion blender to the bottom of container and turn on.<\/li>\r\n<li>Once the mixture begins to thicken, slowly pull blender up (up and down a couple of times) to make sure mixture mixes completely.
