It is very similar to &#8220;queijadinha&#8221;.<br>In Brazil, however, coconut flour is used as a substitute for almonds, and usually whole eggs are used instead of the yolks. Nowadays there are a multitude of delicious versions of this recipe that use local products such as corn flour or cassava and, recently, the condensed milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br>\u2022 150 g dehydrated shredded coconut (hydrated with 50 ml water)<br>\u2022 250 g sugar<br>\u2022 50 g grated Parmesan cheese<br>\u2022 25 g melted butter<br>\u2022 5 eggs<br>\u2022 cupcake mould<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mix all ingredients together.<\/li><li>Grease the muffin pan cavities (if it&#8217;s not nonstick pan) or line them with foil baking cups.<\/li><li>Carefully pour the mixture into the mould cavity.<\/li><li>Bake in a preheated oven at 200\u00b0C until golden brown.
