Molho vinagrete (Vinaigrette Sauce)

The "molho vinagrete" is a fresh sauce, also used as a salad dressing that accompanies the "churrasco" pieces of meat and its side dishes: "farofa", "arroz à grega", "salpicão", Olivier salad, fried potatoes, green salads, grilled and boiled vegetables, "banana à milanesa", grilled pineapple, salty pies, soufflès. 
Can be used as a salad dressing.


  • • 4 red tomatoes
  • • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • • salt
  • • 5 tablespoons corn oil
  • • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • • 5 tablespoons water

Preparation method

1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. 
2. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 
3. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
