Friggere la pancetta tagliata a pezzetti non troppo piccoli in poco olio e mettere da parte. Si possono utilizzare ciccioli gi\u00e0 pronti.<br \/>\n2. Nella stessa padelle friggere le salamelle e mettere da parte.<br \/>\n3. Unire l\u2019intingolo della pancetta e delle salamelle al \u201ctutu\u201d.<br \/>\n4. Preparare le uova all\u2019occhio di bue.<br \/>\n5.
