Sequilhos de Maizena are biscuits made with corn starch. They are very dry and crumbly, and so easy and quick to make. This biscuits tastes better after a few days.
• 600 g corn starch
• 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Divide the dough and roll into balls about 2 cm in diameter.
3. Arrange dough balls on a greased baking sheet (or on one lined with grease-proof).
4. Bake at 200° C for about 10 minutes, until bottom begins to brown.
Yield: 70 “sequilhos”.
