Sequilhos de Maizena (Corn Starch Cookies)

“Sequilhos de Maizena” are biscuits made with corn starch. They are very dry and crumbly, and so easy and quick to make. This biscuits tastes better after a few days.

Preparation method

1. Mix all ingredients.  
2. Divide the dough and roll into balls about 2 cm in diameter.  
3. Arrange dough balls on a greased baking sheet (or on one lined with grease-proof).  
4. Bake at 200° C for about 10 minutes, until bottom begins to brown. 

Yield: 70 "sequilhos".
